Email support
To raise a new support request send an email to helpdesk@premiernetwork.com.au
A support ticket will be created and you will be contacted by a technician.
For urgent or high priorty requests:
Contact the support desk after you have received your ticket number on 03 9670 9969 to request elevated priority.

Client Support Ticket Portal
To view, update and raise new support tickets logon to your client portal.
You will be able to view the history of all support tickets and create new tickets with more details than by sending an email
